Just returned from Ibiza after 2 weeks holiday and yet again Holiday Taxis delivered 100%. In my experience they have always been punctual both from Airport to Hotel and most important from hotel to Airport. The cars are new, clean and the drivers courteous. I started using Holiday Taxis after getting indifferent service when paying tour operators for private transfers. I would now use nobody else they are quite simply brilliant!

Very easy to book and a friendly, professional service throughout. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and our driver was there waiting for us when we finally made it through the airport. Highly recommended.

Booked a private car transfer and then the provider in Spain said they only do coach transfer. What should have been a 30 minute journey took 2 1/2 hours with all the drop. Telephoned company about return journey 1 1/2 hours on the phone they confirmed it would be a private car and coach turned up. Had a local taxi company take us for the same price.

Brilliant service would use again and recommend

I couldn’t find my taxi when arriving however I called the supplier and it was all sorted fairly quickly and my transfer was fine. In the way back no bus came to collect me however again I called and a man was sent to take me to the airport privately fairly quickly so that I was not late.

The transfer was 15 minutes late which concerned us as we had been at the area for the 15 minutes before pick-up. I nearly ordered a taxi but rang the company to check firstly. The information on receipt wasn't very clear regarding confirmation of the booking - I presumed the booking was confirmed when we received the information from our accomodation, I don't know if you expected us to call and confirm again? When we got the transfer that thankfully arrived, the route taken by the driver seemed unplanned as she drove from one end of puerto rico to return to the marina and back to the other end again, only to join the motorway via the Mogan route which didn't make much sense. The driver must have realised the time wasted and drove quickly to the airport to reduce delays which was great. The transfer was full on route. Overall a fair experience, better planning of the route would have been more efficient for all involved.

When we arrived at the airport we waited about 5/10 mins for the driver to turn up, but all good and got us to our accommodation safely and with full air con.
On our return journey the mini bus arrived 5 mins early, perfect. Only issue was the air con was rubbish and we were melting.
In hindsight maybe we should have gone with picking up a taxi there. It cost £179 return to and from airport for 5 of us with holiday taxis.
We were quoted between £40/£50 to the airport from local taxis (also mini bus). So a huge difference.

We waited outside the hotel to be picked up in blazing heat. We were waiting 30mins prior to pick up in the off chance they were early and after 20mins of the actual scheduled time we tried to call but they told us the driver had left without us.

Fantastic service - very professional and efficient, on time and courteous. Presented with a cool bottle of water on arrival which was very welcome. Would definitely recommend.
